Yes! Based on availability, we offer early check-in (noon instead of 2 PM) or late check-out (2 PM instead of 11 AM) for $25 per option. Contact our front desk in advance to arrange this service.

Whether you are working nearby, visiting family, or just craving a longer stretch of quiet, our extended stay sites give you a practical base for as long as you need.

A month with us means four weeks at a time. Start any day you want. No waiting for the first of the month.

Monthly rates depend on the hookups you choose. Electricity is billed separately.

Family visiting the Cooperstown area for more than a few days

Campers who booked a weekend and were not ready to go home

A month on the hill buys you more than a parking spot. The beach, the ponds, the trails, and the driving range come with the site, and the Bar & Grill is a short walk away. Coffee at the cafe in the morning. Dinner and the sunset at the end of the day. No driving into town for either one.

We only hold a handful of sites for extended stays, so they go early.

Your site comes with parking for 2 vehicles, a fire ring, and a picnic table. Base rate includes 2 adults and up to 4 children (under 18). Additional overnight campers: $7/night per person. Holidays $15/per person. A one-time $6.50 booking fee applies to all reservations.

Yes absolutely! Day visitors welcome until 8 PM ($5/person age 18+, $3/child age 3+) and overnight visitors ($7/night per person. Holidays $15/per person). Total number of registered campers and visitors cannot exceed 8 people per site. All visitors must register at the office before arrival. Sorry, no visitor pets.

Yes! Three pets max per site (dogs/cats only). Must be leashed, supervised, and current on vaccinations. No pets in cabins. Service animals welcome everywhere. We have a dog park near the playground that allows our fury friends to be off-leash. Please clean up after your pet

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

Check-in at Scenic View is contactless. Your license plate is your key. Pull up to the gate; the gate reads your plate, and you drive straight down to your site.

Before you arrive, we send you an email with everything you need. Your site number, a map of the campground, the wifi password, and store hours. Save it to your phone or screenshot it. That email is your whole arrival.

One thing we need from you. Your license plate has to be accurate or the gate will not open. On the checkout page, enter every vehicle you are bringing in the field marked license plate. Your tow vehicle and your RV or travel trailer both. Separate them with commas and no spaces, like this:

Bringing a second car or a boat trailer? Add those plates too.

Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is at noon. If something is not right when you get to your site, the camp store is right at the top of the hill and someone will be more than happy to assist.

Holiday weekends are non-refundable & full payment is due at time of reservation.

June 1 to September 1: Cancel more than a month out from reservation date-one there is a (1) day cancellation fee; Cancellations between zero (0) to thirty (30) days from reservation date – no refund

Off Peak Season: Cancel more than a month out from reservation date -$25 cancellation fee; Cancellations between fifteen (15) to thirty (30) days out from reservation date -50% cancellation fee; Cancellations <15 days-no refund

PLEASE NOTE: Your balance is due in full 7 days prior to the day of arrival. Any outstanding balance will be automatically debited 3 days prior to arrival.

To avoid losing your payment, please call us within 48 hours of your check-in to modify your reservation. We’re happy to help — (315) 333-2965.

Keep in mind that camping is an outdoor experience. You will encounter nature, including wildlife, insects and changes in the weather. We do not charge extra for sunshine so we do not give refunds for rain.
